Here at The Happy Hippie Bus we love all things beautifully unique & hand crafted.

All of the products we have here in our lovely fair trade store are handmade on small scale by skilled artisans, often using traditional skills & historically significant craft techniques.  

Supporting handmade handicrafts keeps these traditions & skills alive, helping support the communities who expertly craft our beautiful fair trade products by offering sustainable opportunities & good working conditions. 

Many of our items are produced in the homes of individuals within small communities, in particular farming communities across the world who are underpaid in their profession & use the additional fair trade income from producing handicraft items as a way of working their way from financial insecurity, out of poverty & into economic self-sufficiency. 

Handmade items are wonderfully unique in that they each contain their own characteristics & small, very welcome imperfections, showing the craftsmanship, skills & creativity that goes into producing all our lovely handmade products.
